Phillip Merchant is one of the best Bass players of our time, known too many as one of the Bass players to make the MIDNITE Band a success. 

He was recently hit by bullets not intended for him, and is in still in need of treatment.  More information regarding the incident available here.  We are holding this event to raise money to help with that treatment.  Performers will include:
